NAMPA, Idaho – Portland State indoor track and field senior Geronne Black didn't waste any time in recording her inaugural first-place finish of the 2012-13 campaign, taking top-honors in the 60-meter dash at the Jacksons Open, in Nampa Idaho, Friday afternoon.
