Freshman Baileh Simms won the Big Sky title in the women's long jump, and junior Jazmin Ratcliff broke three records in the preliminaries of the women's 100-meter hurdles, as the Portland State track and field teams competed in the third day of the Big Sky Championships Friday at Lumberjack Stadium.
